　　三菱地所株式会社（Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd，TYO: 8802)）成立于1937年，目前是日本最大房地产开发商之一，2008财年营业收入7877亿日元，息税前利润为1095亿日元。1989年，公司全资购买了纽约的房地产开发公司洛克菲勒集团，并拥有了洛克菲勒中心。公司拥有日本最高的建筑横滨地标大厦 Yokohama Landmark Tower 。

　　Mitsubishi Estate(TYO: 8802) is a Japanese corporation. It is one of the core Mitsubishi companies.

　　MEC is Japan's second-largest real-estate developer (after Mitsui Fudosan) and is involved in property management and architecture research and design.

　　In 1989 it fully bought out Rockefeller Group in New York, the real estate company that then fully owned Rockefeller Center. Since then the older section of the Center has been sold and the Rockefeller Group, still owned by Mitsubishi, owns the western corridor of the complex.

　　MEC owns Japan's tallest building, the Yokohama Landmark Tower, as well as the Sanno Park Tower and Marunouchi Building in Tokyo.
